Man, great looking piece. I think the new Due collection is great. I get the view of the traditionalist, but if they don't like them then Jimmy cracked corn and you shouldn't care. In regards to the crown guard being pointless, my guess is a conservative 99.8% of Panerisitis crowns are pointless in the regards that they're not bringing their pieces down 30m, let alone 300m.

i sold my pam 688 to buy this watch and couldn't be happier. i wear mostly vintage and the 688 just was way too big and clunky for me. this is the most wearable panerai i've ever tried on, and to me is one of the best blue dials ever made
