This guy.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/BRAND-NEW-2...oAAOSwKNhaYC-l

So his listing started with (I kid you not) a picture of a picture that was online taken form his phone. Today it's updated with two more photos and the old has been deleted. Far away and out of focus.

Price has also gone down hundreds of dollars in the past day. Seems off.

Certainly Suspicious behaviour, as for the watch photos are too poor

I don't believe there's any "there" there . . .

The guy's been on eBay for about 18 years, and his user ID goodwalk_spoiled is a term used by golfers.

His willingness to meet in person, at an authorized dealer, seems to indicate good faith, and the dwindling price probably means his time is worth more than holding out for the last buck.

I think someone who wanted that model and who lives in the area could very well make a good buy on a face-to-face deal . . .

If every person who misspelled a word . . .

. . . were gone from the internet, the World Wide Web would be as empty as a DeSoto dealership.

By the way, a lot of devices today have autocorrect and auto populate, so what's on the page might not be what he said.

If you were truly interested, I fail to see the logic in kicking a deal over a misspelled word . . .
