milgauss white dial

does anybody know why on milgauss the small hand is very close to the dial and at other rolex models there is a bigger gap between the small hand and the dial?? i was wondering if its for some reason!!!

You must be very observant. I have only seen a few in shops and they didn't appear any different than the Explorer.
