Real or fake Rolex?

I am very close to pulling the trigger on a blue dial datejust on Ebay but have never bought from Ebay before, so I am trying to be very careful. The watch appears to be in great shape, and the seller has 100% rating and has been very helpful answering my questions. I just want to make sure there is nothing glaringly fake about this watch, as it appears to be in such great condition (although there is normal wear and tear and microscratches). I also want to make sure that the jubilee bracelet is consistent and authentic. What do you guys think? The pictures are attached to this post and he also posted a video:

Looks like a real Rolex 1603 (engine turned bezel) DateJust.
36mm case width.
However the dial appears to have gold indices and hands which should mean that the crown should be gold and the bracelet two-tone gold/ss or the dial and hands are from a solid gold watch.

So although it may be genuine, to me it does not appear to be factory correct.

I saw the listing and not worth the price it's going for...Dial and hands is for a 1601 datejust...

Even though I am not an expert, then there is certainly som inconsistencies and would be enough for me to pass. There are far better examples on eBay if that it the route you want to go.
Would be interesting in read the description for the posting.
