AD Had 3 sports models on display

Hi on holiday in Greece and walked into AD they had an Explorer, Explorer 2 black dial and an Air King on display available to purchase! How rare is that?

I had to buy the Explorer as it is such a pretty watch. Have contemplated the other 2 to flip but sadly not enough funds available!

Explorer is going to my son in a few years when he has his 21st,

Not too rare although possibly getting more so. The AD in Nicosia had Explorer, Polar, Blusey and Air King on display in March.

It’s rare in the UK I’ve haven’t seen any SS sports models on display for probably a year or more! Even the PM is not common

I frequently see the Air King in both ADs near me, and TT Subs too. Haven’t seen either Explorer for a while though.

Explorer 2 doesn’t seem to sell for a premium on the grey market so should be possible to get one without much of a wait.

PM is pretty common in the window near me in Belfast.

I've not seen SS sports in years in an AD's window, all a waiting list job, sold before they arrive.

How much do you think you would have made flipping an Air King?

The last sports model inwas in display was the air king.. and even that was ‘display only’. Evidently australia is worse off than other places

Not rare models really no1 wants them .If you had said the ad had a hulk and a batgirl and the pepsi then that would be a great sign that the bubble is bursting for us
