LE servicing

The HODINKEE Blancpain LE got me thinking...

What happens when it comes time to servicing limited editions? I understand maybe the hands could be recycled, but the dial for instance is very unique with only ~100 ever being made.

Isn't that what us Rolex people give it a fancy nickname instead of just admitting there is anything wrong with it? Spider dial, ghost dial, etc. See, you never have to replace anything as long as you give it a good nickname.

I am sure they made more than 100 dials and have anticipated service issues ... blancpain has been around for a few years

All LEs produced will have a certain amount of spares set aside to cover nearly all eventualities and legal obligations.
