Bad big name seller

I purchased a sub from a CA dealer in the end of November, in January I had to send it back because it doesnt keep time, they had the watch for 2+ weeks and said they couldnt find any problems.
I sent the watch back again in March and they guaranteed me they would have thier "certified watchmaker" do what ever it needed to make it right.
When they received the watch the same guy who played games with it before did the same again, they have had it for almost 6 weeks and I keep getting all kinds of promises that he never lives up to.
I sent an email and got no response, sent one to the owner no response.
as a last resort I will file a police report for them refusing to return it, or just file a cc dispute. I'd like to warn all about this place but not sure if its allowed to put their name in this post.
Any ideas on how to get my watch back would be great, right now I'm out $13k

Name the dealer in the who's who section, to help others avoid them.

“Doesn’t keep time.” What does this mean exactly?

Sooo you’re saying that after having sent the piece back for a 2nd time, for the same reason, and still not able to duplicate the issue, has now resulted in them just refusing to send it back or? What is the reasoning behind not returning the piece to you? Have they stated that or are they claiming to be “working” to fix the issue which is your interpretation of them refusing to return the watch? Seems like there are some key elements of this story that are missing…I’m not implying that you aren’t being completely transparent with us but…I’d be lying to say that I feel things aren’t completely adding up here …if you’ve made repeated attempts at contacting the dealer to which they’ve just blatantly ignored any correspondence, I feel you should just name the dealer…

A visit to a RSC will cost you a lot less than $13K. Hope you get it back or get your money.

Doesn’t keep time? How many seconds fast or slow is it per day? How long have you had it?

What are they doing with the watch? If they sent it to RSC to be serviced then six weeks is not a long time.

If you want insight from us we need more solid info.

Does it really matter about the watch doesn’t keep time? OP clearly explained that seller seem to admit watch doesn’t keep time and couldn’t repair it. Plus he tried to communicate several different ways but seller not responding. Of course I would be worry if they won’t reply to my email or Phone call while my $13k is gone. Seller seem shady but post it in”Who’s who” section and call them out. That way they can respond and people to judge. They also deserve an explanation against your words.

There are a number of “big name sellers” in CA. Not mentioning which one, affects all sellers in CA as now people are in wondering about/avoiding CA sellers all together!

Was it in warranty? If so I don’t know why they would open it up. I certainly wouldn’t and I would have gone to the service centre first rather than sending back to the dealer.

Did you call this un-named dealer?

What kind of help are you looking for since you provided no actual information nor answered any legitimate questions?
