My guess is that waiting lists of no-more-hot-references have mainly been skimmed from professional flippers who are well aware of the situation.

Now this new reality is starting to reach the mainstream flippers which is the mass. For sure they will tell their friends. It will have a small snowball effect.

We have to be patient and expect some latency. :)
