Saw a Daytona Panda for 31K and was shocked. You would think since prices have been crashing they would be 'more' friendly to you and release some more stock....but that's not the case! They still love to be pampered!

I'm really loving that OP39 exactly like it is. So clean, simple, elegant and unflashy. The black dial is the perfect color for this one imo. I think it's a great one to have in the collection. Your 36mm DJ looks great as well. However, I'm on board with you on the blue fluted dial. I really want one of those too, and I have been asking my local AD's ever since it was released in 2021. I actually have yet to see one in person!

I have considered this before as well, but honest pieces here are harder to come across. That, and I don't consider myself to know enough about vintage Rolex. I have owned Rolex from the 90s before, but found them not my cup of tea. Modern Rolex it is then!

In the past, I have owned DSSD and SD43 but found them cumbersome after some hours of wrist time. With what I have now, I never have that feeling of wanting to take a watch off from fatigue. Perhaps the most comfortable is the DJ36 or BLNR on jubilee. However, I have been wearing the Sky Dweller a lot over the last few weeks. I find it less common, and easily mistaken for a DJ41 instead (which I am very okay with). And for a steel Sky Dweller, the white dial is my favourite. I would have liked Roman numerals too, but I found out later that was WG and out of my budget...

I have owned the LV 3 times in the past. First one was way back in 2014 and with my name on the card. I felt it was too green then so sold it. Regretted it immediately, and bought the second as a used watch. When I was blessed with a third, one which I could have again under my name, I sold the second LV.

Was the fluted blue dial a 2021 release? In my head it was a 2022 release, but I could have been mistaken. Like you, I've not seen any deliveries of the blue fluted, but they had one at the novelty preview some months back and it is beautiful.
