I can't wear anything, not even a watch. It just seems unessessarly overdressed.

So far, the title of “most comfortable watch I’ve ever had” goes to my Sub. There’s something about the bracelet that melted onto my wrist the moment I put it on. That’s part fo the reason why I started on this experience today.

When I'm travelling on business or on holiday I keep my watch on 24/7 for security. If I'm on business it could be anything. On holiday it's my Explorer Polar. Comfortable to wear around the clock. Perfectly legible in the dark for hours. I let out the Easylink every day and give a good clean when I'm in the shower.

Can’t understand why anyone would sleep in a watch, but that’s just me.

Ball with Tritium dials is a nice bed partner....just not the Hydrocarbon as its a heavy old beast.

Submariner because I hardly ever take it off. Also, very convenient to wake up, wonder what time it is, and quickly look at your wrist rather than having to gab phone and have the screen light hit you. Lume is excellent and does help. Plus it's my beater, so if I want to take the watch off for any reason, can just toss it anywhere and don't care about scuffs...will pick up in the morning.

114200 - 34mm. Sits so perfectly on my wrist it hardly feels like it’s on.

This. But not sorry.
And why would you start another thread like this, when your first one was closed?

Why wear a watch to sleep? It’s the one time your brain and body needs compete and total rest minus the need to be encumbered by a watch on the wrist or time on your mind.

Apple Watch as well. I use the sleep tracking software to monitor sleep quality and heart rate. Must be the Engineer in me!

Get an alarm clock imo it's pointless at best, somewhat dangerous at worst if you sleep in bed with someone else. Why you would want to subject the SO to accidentally getting whacked by a hunk of metal, I have no idea besides the obvious of not reading time while asleep.

I sleep with my activity tracker (small fitbit) to help track sleep stages and other health stuff. But I leave my other watches in the holder or watch winder when I go to bed.

Oh, I forgot the other part of the OPs post, "why?" Two reasons, 1) I like to be able to check the time on my watch as opposed to looking at the alarm clock, and 2) It's faster for me to wear a watch and get up and going then to not wear a watch and get up and put one on and get going. It's one less complication in my life.
