Needing help identifying this watch

Hello all, I am in need of some help. My step dad purchased this watch at an estate sale. Just the contents (diamonds and platinum) were appraised, but not the actual watch itself. Can anyone help identify when this watch was made? I h ave looked but cannot find out anything relating to the serial number. Anyone in the Indiana area that you would recommend to do an appraisal if its worth it? Any additional info or guidance would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

For starters, I love the watch


I'm not expert but a simple Google search on '3282 patek' shows me a lot of watches that resemble your watch. So i'm guessing it is from the sixties and I would send your photo's including the movement number and the reference number to Patek and request an extract from the archives
