Patek & Tiffany Coin
This coin came from Tiffany & Co. about 18 years ago. I knew a sales person at one of their stores and they gave it to me. Anyone seen one before or have one? I'm curious if it's a scarce item.

I remember when they first released that watch, in fact I think I have one of those coins somewhere or I might have lost it.
