Patek winding box

Just saw an unboxing for the new 5726 blue dial and the box has a switch button to turn it into a winder, can anyone confirm if this is an upgrade or it comes in all 2019 models?

Thanks

The winding box looks perfect! Will be great if it comes with the new 5726.

Yep, I got one w my 5327 - they are great! My batteries lasted about 6 mos. much better than having to store the big wooden boxes

So I take it the wooden boxes come with winders now and you can buy the travel winders separate?

The leather one you buy separate and it’s travel winder (correct?), what about the wooden box, does it have a winder as well?

I brought my PC in for a minor service under warranty and Patek gave me one.

No they are not.
It appears they are an option with PC for a cost.
Also I am under the impression the box winder may have not been that reliable?

I have seen My PC (5940) available with and without the box and with and without the deployant.

Historically Patek included a winder box for the PCs. It would be an interesting departure to include it at the AC level. Curious to know when this started - this year?
