Just curious what everyone’s AD is telling people. Mine says they can’t get them. I’m wondering if they are gonna show up on grey sites for 10k

They sold out within hours if not even minutes. ADs were then bombed by clients seeking to be allocated with one.

Yeah. I know that. Guess I should have clarified. My AD is saying they aren’t being allocated any. For anyone. I asked for one back in august. I’m more curious than anything.

Well, sounds pretty unlikely. How many GS ADs are there around the globe? 100? Hundred something? Then there should be at least one for each.

Although on the other hand the European flagship boutique in Paris is believed to get only 4 pieces.

Still, the Polish (one and only in the country) AD is supposed to get 2 (still available).

They are USA exclusive. Not sure where you are getting your info. There are probably 100 ADs in the US alone.

Is your AD a GS boutique? If not then that sounds right since these were meant to be GS.com and GS boutique exclusives. Of course there can always be exceptions but more likely your AD is being honest.

Edit: Looks like the 273 and 277 were not marketed as boutique exclusives.

They have no reason to lie. They seemed disappointed they weren’t getting them. Just curious if this was a common thing and GS USA was saving these for their boutiques.

The only datapoint I have is that my AD (whose parent company operates another GS boutique) might be getting one of each... still don't know for sure. I saw in another thread that they already refunded additional deposits.

Sounds like these are mostly staying with the boutiques. Hope they just end up with enthusiasts and not grey.

Sorry. Fool of me. I have also read the SLGA007 thread akd mixed the posts...

As we know - 275 is the GS online boutique piece. The other two should be available. Two Texas ADs with whom I talk both get their allocations.

My GS ad is one of the biggest in US.

They are not getting many of the 2 and the boutique exclusive will remain boutique exclusive.

In my ad's case everything was spoken for the day of announcement.

Thanks for that datapoint. I'm now realizing the 273 and 277 were NOT boutique exclusives. For some reason I remembered Joe Kirk saying that during the online presentation, but I probably confused it with the 275.

Anyway - your assumptions are good - they even already now surface at premium prices in places like Singapore…

Not sure about the other 2 but was lucky enough to get the 275 and when I asked the question on mine, GS online told me November.

Awesome. I got the 275 too. Feels kind of strange that this will get released in a month and there are literally no pictures anywhere of these watches since the initial press release. Also, that only 2 or 3 publications got their hands on them.

Congrats! I considered the 277 at the time I placed my order for the 275 but hesitated. A little later that day I went back in to see if I could add the 277 but it was already too late, dang it

Congrats to you as well!

I was on the fence too. Strongly considered the 273. Oddly, what turned me away from it was the blued seconds hand (likely what drew others to it). I still think about the 273, a pistachio colored dial is so unique and would be cool to have.

Just got an email from GS that some examples of the 275 arrived earlier than expected from Japan. Will be taking delivery on the 28th!
