Drake's Nautilus 5726

Nautilus 5726 with an annual calendar and moon phase complication is completely slimed out in emeralds.

If someone was wearing that it would look like they’d just sneezed all over their watch!

Hideous. But let’s face it, it’s no more hideous than some factory-blinged stuff Patek has put out there over the years. And it’s just par for the course that the watch collecting sphere scoffs at the supposedly tasteless watch antics of the Drakes and Conor McGregors of the world while fawning over whatever monstrosity horology_ancienne or John Mayer happen to trot out.

I love it. I wish I had the money and the cohones to pull this off. Talk about a happy looking watch, how can you not look at that and smile?

It could have worked with a normal dial.

LOL...making it outrageously and obscenely un-ignorable is the whole point, and in that sense...mission accomplished!

If he likes it and the work gave employment to skilled artisans, it’s fine with me.

They (D+VA) should’ve commissioned PP to do a factory job. This is a sloppy job at best.

Hmmm. It is moment like this which makes me wonder if brand equity is slowly destroyed by celebrities. Can the brands sue them?

I thought it may have been the picture making it look not so nice, I had a look around. It's not my cup of tea, I must admit. I didnt enjoy the music either, I must be getting old.

This watch just skyrocketed in value after Abloh’s death yesterday. Objectively hideous watch but the provenance of being designed by (now deceased) Abloh and owned by Drake makes it insanely valuable if ever auctioned.

I have doubts it’s for sale

Wouldn’t be a personal choice, but I appreciate the unique concept. Beautiful but an acquired taste.
