Any experts have owned a vintage Seiko with Khanjar/Omani crest on the dial? I have an opportunity to buy one but can not find too much info one it. Yes, I have read many articles on Rolex with Omani dial but not Seikos.

Am curious if these were really given out to military/police personnel’s? Any history or information about these watches somewhere? Any input is appreciated.

If it's a Seiko then it's very likely to be an aftermarket dial, which is quite common. As far as I'm aware, I don't believe Seikos were ever officially commissioned by the Royal Court in Oman, it was usually Swiss and some UK watches.
