Band of Brothers has lost its last.

Just saw this. I am saddened to see the end of an era of such selfless heroes.

I have watched the HBO series every year and am constantly amazed at how much our military veterans have sacrificed for us all.

Thank Col. Shames and to all our veterans.

RIP

I can’t get enough of that miniseries. So well done.

A different era altogether. Just watching brings a valuable ounce of perspective.

Thank you Colonel for your exemplary service. We’re losing the greatest generation all too fast and these men and women will be missed.

Wow. Saddened to hear.

I too have watched this yearly. And I have mentioned it here a dozen times at least.

I love the series and the people…

May they all Rest In Peace.
