Oddly, I was thinking that exact same thing. I am giving Rolex a call tomrrow. Makes no difference. Either way i seem to have done ok.

For the record, most cards say 16710 only as do my papers, so who knows.

Congratulations. I love the 16710. While I do have all the bezel colors for it, I've so far pretty much just left it as original on my watch as a Pepsi.

Thanks guys!
Me too! Then I ran to check out my Pepsi GMT to see that I do NOT have a stick dial.

TBH, I'm very surprised at the price GMT's are commanding now-a-days.

Congrats to the OP!!

Steve, I think you have done very well to get a full set for £7000. It looks amazing! Wear it in good health.

Yep, Rolex confirmed it was originally black but they put the Pepsi in in January on request. I’ve got them to order me a black bezel in so I can put it back to spec if need be. Apparently they are usually in exchange only, but you can pay a 50% surcharge and have the other one returned. So was quoted 60 quid.

Either way I am very happy.

I read somewhere that many of the stick dials were often replacements installed by Rolex. Whatever the reason, they’re legit Rolex, highly coveted, and command an extra couple thousand dollars in resale.

The 16710 and the 16610LV are two of the best. Wear it in good health.
