Yawn. I am waiting for some action to happen. Work is slow luckily, but so is TRF and I hate having no one to talk to and nothing to do!

I am also waiting for the Pepto to kick on so I can stop feeling like my stomach is on fire with a vengeance.

Why does it seem I'm always at work when this thread comes up? (laughing)

it's cold and wet and rainy on campus and no one is out and about. I'm done grading essays and touring the campus and in ONE HOUR I'll be off for the weekend!

Lucky you! I wish I was on your campus, singing in the rain. It needs to rain here, I am sick of the grey skies with no delivery of the goods!

You wouldn't be singing in this rain! It's cold as hell (mid-40's F here) and grey skies too!

I converted 45F to Celsius, and around 7 degrees is BALMY! I would definitely be dancing in the rain To put it in perspective, right now it is 32F here, and I am walking around sans a coat, and loving how warm it is!

And that my young lass is the difference between this Native Floridian and you northern folks!

Anything below 65 is considered COLD to me!

Ah, Florida. Beautiful, from what I have seen, but WAY TOO HOT!!! And that humidity, bah! I'll take my cold Canadian winters over literally boiling to death in Florida any day!

However, I will miss my mom, who wants to move there quite badly. Most of my family does, actually...

Those are NICE reasons to sweat, however down here, once you acclimate, it's all good!

The more you sweat, the more you have to replenish!
