New to this particular forum.

Was lucky enough to find and work with DavidSW on a new IWC Pilot. Besides the piece being in phenomenal condition (about a month old with all protective plastic still on her), every aspect of working with David was great.

He responded to my questions quickly, always provided a complete answer, and was prepared to immediately ship out the watch, providing me with tracking information even before the sale was completed.

I have already told a few colleagues who are in the market to get in touch with DavidSW, and will surely work with him again in the future.
