Excellent buyer.

I screwed up!

I always try to conduct myself as a consummate professional. I have sold a number of Rolexes right here, and purchased a number of Rolexes right here; as well as, bought and sold a number of Rolex accessories.

Well, I sold a Rolex scarf to Mr. Spurrell in Calgary, Alberta then the perfect storm(s) hit:

We had 2 back-to-back storms here in Maine while at the same time I was moving into my new house which left me with no Internet for 4 days...

Also, I hadn't noticed (only got emails on my tine smartphone...) that Tony had overpaid for the scarf as well.

Needless to say, I didn't ship the scarf for over a week and hadn't noticed he overpaid.

Well, upon discovering his overpayment and delay in shipping, he was as absolutely gracious as could be! I got myself organized, shipped the item immediately, refunded the $60 overpayment, and sent him a free pair of Rolex gloves for the trouble.

Thanks Tony for your understanding, and I do apologize for not living up to my own standards on this one.

So now that is off your chest Chris, did you survive the storms intact? And moving house has to rate up there as one of the bigger pains in life.

Thanks. 3 feet, followed by another foot - too much for the streets to handle. Then dumping literally everything I own into boxes and all onto the new living room floor for several days was no picnic either!

I felt like a hoarder for a few days...
