Hi all,
I have been offered this 16710. I am fairly sure it is fake but would value a second opinion. I am still learning but my concerns are: - Date magnification is all wrong - Serial number should start with a letter for 2007 year watch - The "ROLEX" on the box looks messy All opinions welcome. The watch and paperwork are all authentic.
I personally wouldn't buy a swiss dial. But if the price is right it's the way to go. I used to own a 16710 Z serial great watch and got lots of compliments. Date magnification is right. Everything looks good to me. Maybe the angle of the pictures aren't good. Id ask him to set the date at 15 and time at 8:45 and please post that picture here and we will be able to tell 100% of it's authentic. To me it's 99% authentic. |

Hi gents - just managed to get some more photos from the seller. I will be bringing the watch to the watchmaker with the seller so any last minute comments are greatly appreciated.
Images: https://imgur.com/a/bgKhl I am satisfied it is authentic, albeit some wear on the case and bracelet. Only light scratches are evident and the case appears to be in good condition. Nothing a light polish won't fix. |
