Got my 50's bumper back from service =)
So I have had this Omega 52' Seamaster Bumper Caliber ever since i was a young lad (My grandfathers). To my knowledge it was not serviced for at least 30 years?? maybe ever if that's possible?
It still worked (somewhat) but would stop periodically, lose massive amounts of time daily and did not make a nice sound when winding. Anyway I felt for the little guy and decided to throw him a life raft and give him a chance for many more years. Just got it back, most likely spent more on the service/restoration than the watch is worth but what the heck. Sometimes its nice to see an old friend rather than a new one. Tell me what you think, first is the before shot. before photo (3).jpg After: photo (1).jpg photo (2).jpg photo (4).jpg |

Beautiful watch!!! The strap color looks great. For some reason people are afraid to use anything but a black strap with gold.
