Rolex and washing dishes?
Is it safe to wear your Rolex while washing dishes?
I tried to tell my wife I couldn't wash the dishes because my watch couldn't get wet. I guess I wore the wrong one... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ask her to mow the yard in her fancy high heels. ;-) Glad you had the Sub on. I'd never attempt that with my Daytona (smile).

you could have mentioned to her that even the late Jacque Cousteau didn't wash dishes while wearing his Submariner...or what's the point of having a dishwasher?

It's a non-issue. My butler doesn't have a Rolex.

For what it's worth, anytime I wash my hands I give the old timepiece a rise. Sometimes I even lather it up with some soap and rinse. Kinda cool. Enjoy!
