I have not seen this up close and personal but the picture of it is awesome. I am very impressed with the look. What's the MSRP? Are you looking at getting one?

In my opinion it is a sharp looking watch.

Yes I am tempted. RRP is around £675 but can get it for around £400

A very nice watch indeed. They sell it at Ernest Jones for £675 - http://www.ernestjones.co.uk/webstor...65+4294967210/

I was thinking about buying it a while ago but didnt want to pay that much for a Seiko, but at £400 i would be much happier to.

Can you still get the watch for £400 as I would be very very interested?

I was sure i posted a message here not too long ago.

I was just saying i saw this watch at ernest jones not too long ago at £675 but was reluctant to buy it for the price.
But if you (baptistman) say its available at £400 do you think i could buy it? Obviously id give you a nice tip too :D

Man, I'd really want to see one before plunking down that much quid on a Seiko. Wonder what that kinetic movement is like? Is it like battery or does it have a high bph?

Kinetic means it used your movements to store energy which is then transfered to a quartz movement. No BPH.

I saw it and i tried it!
What can I say? It`s fantastic watch and I was really tempted...until I saw Premier Kinetic Perpetual, that I bought!
Model that you`re interested in has that remarkable Direct Drive function that allows you to mannualy wind your quartz powered watch!!!It sounds like piece of crap, but it`s actually great idea:your battery will work infinitely, because your winding helps keeping kinetic energy that actually powering it`s battery!

I bought Kinetic Perpetual because of more elegant design and great ability to wind itself to correct time!
Here are few pics of mine watch, and you should go for that Direct Drive mirage!
