I thought it was my Sub C but now I’m looking at a white dial Daytona C. My unattainable end game is the platona.

Which is your end game for Rolex?

Being retired and older than most, I must limit my plans. I currently only have one Rolex (a DJ- together with a Tudor BB and GS). I’d like to go out with a bang with a Chocolate SkyDweller, but money wise and size wise, it’s not going to happen. I hope to get a Polar Explorer II (40mm) or a BLNR in the next year or so. After that it depends on funds and imponderables.

If ever possible my end game would be 5517

Always loved the vintage ones: 5517, 5512, 5513, milsub, etc. But can't be bothered with owning any of them ever. So endgame for me would be the platona one day
