Should I try to get...
So I am in love with the BLNR. I want to trade my 2 current pieces and cash for a BLNR.
I have an Omega Seamaster 300M In blue and a 114060. Thoughts? It would be a daily watch for me. I like the keep the collection to 1-3pieces as I am not extremely wealthy, I just love timepieces. So I feel like a BLNR is versatile enough for a daily. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk

Personally I think you will regret letting the Sub C go but really only you know. I found early in my Rolex collecting that I got caught up in the next shiny thing and knowing I could trade my Sub C for what I paid and 'move up" was tempting. Personally I was glad I held off and saved for my other pieces, would have regretted selling my first Rolex and such a stunning piece. But we are all different, some love to flip and flip and enjoy being able to wear different watches throughout the years. Again only you know, but take your time would be my counsel.

Just save up and add the Omega SM + cash for the BLNR and keep the sub.

I say go for it, if you’re sure you won’t regret the loss of the other 2 pieces. You can only wear one at a time. If you keep one or both of the others will you split the wrist time enough to justify having so much money tied up into luxury watches you don’t wear daily? I’m also of modest means, and I can’t see owning watches of this value that sit in a box more often than on my wrist. I have some cheap fun watches like a Hamilton Khaki Field, which I love, that I’m happy to break out and wear for a day here and there. I couldn’t treat a $6k+ Rolex that way though. That’s just me, I don’t begrudge anyone that feels different. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

I wouldn’t. Keep the sub, sell the Omega and save some $$$ for the BLNR. But if you can’t wait, do it. Good luck deciding

I would save... Early in my watch collecting, I sold off a few pieces, that I wish I would have kept. I am now in the save up and don't release any more. I rotate consistently unless I am traveling then it is my BLNR, so other than that I have on a different watch every 1-3 days (sometimes as often as 2 different watches in a day)

If you don't care much for the Sub-no date, then go for it. IF you ever want to get it again, it will be easy. But if you still like the watch, then keep it and save money for the BLNR.

I seem to regret everything I sell to convert to something else. I’ve had this issue more often with firearms than watches.

I suppose it depends on your circumstances, for me I can really only wear my 'best' watches on evenings/weekends due to my job so having more than one seemed an extravagance.
I sold my 114060 (at a loss) this week to a friend as I had the oppertunity to purchase a Hulk (that I pick up tomorrow) I loved the 114060 but having two Subs wouldnt work for my lifestyle, my friend/colleague in same position is wearing it for work and has a DSSD and many other nice pieces Each to their own I suppose, at least I dont work with him day to day to watch it getting beaten about :) in reality I quite like that it is being used properly If you want the BLNR my advice is get it, you could get hit by a bus tomorrow |

So I just left FedEx. the Sub and Omega SM are on the way to florida and I am anticipating my BLNR to be here monday.
I slept on it, thought ya I really love the Sub, however blue is my color. I am a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, so I figured what the hell. It is time to do it. What happens when I get a purple belt? hmm maybe get myself another Sub C :) I will post pics, shoutout to DavidSw on the sweet trade deal.
