Shark Tank asks Santa for a Patek for Christmas
Was watching one of the recent shark tank episodes and Kevin O’leary asks for a 7511 blue face Patek on national tv. I’m sure he meant 5711 blue face Patek right? Maybe this was somehow sponsored by Patek? Why wouldn’t someone like Kevin be able to get his hands on a current production Patek (still rare but not impossible). What do you guys think?

I watched it too, and thought "damn, mr wonderful must really know his watches, and this must be a rare PP".........i thought he said a '7511 moon phase'
So I proceeded to look up the watch, only to learn it doesn't exist. Shame on a guy who says he's a watch collector, and refers to a Nautilus 5711 blue dial as a '7511 blue face' watch. |

Always thought he was a bit of a bulls****r and this makes me feel vindicated. Of course, he is more successful and wealthier than I... But if it came from blagging (UK slang) it like he obviously has done here then congrats on some amazing good fortune!

How can you not get the common Nautilus prefix 57 part right? It's like calling it a Shipmariner. #Deadtometoo.

Here is how I am going to do this mr wonderful. I will give you a blue face 7511 and in exchange you will pay me a 5% royalty until I get 200k back at which point it drops to 1.5% in perpetuity.

I bumped into Kevin in Calgary Alberta and he was wearing a black Daytona with a red RubberB bracelet. He saw my Patek and he showed me a picture of his blue 5711 that he proudly owns... I guess Santa listened :)

I saw it too. I'm not going to be too hard on him for his slight dyslexic gaff (happens to me all the time)....

Damn I missed it, and I try to watch Shark Tank every chance I have the TV on I see Kevin wearing what looks like a Panerai with red strap pretty often, although Robert has got some nice pieces.
