Which Rolex you see will be discontinued soon?

Hulk already discontinued and make many people regret not buying it back then

Which current Model do you think will be discontinued in the near future?

Rolex sizes have been getting bigger. I think those models that have not seen a size increase are likely to see a new reference with the previous getting discontinued. If you know the model lineup well, you can make some reasonable speculations.

I can't see Rolex keeping both yellow gold, and rose gold GMTs for long. Rootbeer will be discontinued next year.

I think that's a solid POV. Personally, I think RG is faddish & doesn't have the longevity of WG, let alone YG. IDK if it'll be axed in '24, but I think RG's days are numbered.

RG has been around for a long time. It's still hot right now much more than white gold maybe even yellow gold.

yachtmaster in its current form. The bezel insert is a nightmare to keep fresh looking with daily wear. A ceramic insert would make sense.

ALS has rose gold. PP has rose gold. AP has pink gold. It would be very unexpected if Rolex discontinued rose gold. They are all different shades but nonetheless if the luxury market offers this, then Rolex will too.

I wonder if the SS Explorer 36mm will last much longer. Seems like the 40mm is a better fit with the current range of sizes. I can see the two-tone version remaining as the unisex version.

The 40mm Explorer is a fad, the 36mm is timeless. The big Explorer will eventually disappear. Again.

Feels like the YM-II is due for an update. Perhaps slimmer dimensions with a 43mm case?

Any BLRO/PEPSI.

Probably going to be replaced by Red-Black. Might only come in grey gold for a few years also, just for fun.

I could see the two tone 36mm Explorer being axed soon. It wasn't lauded by many in the watch community or media at release.

Its a quirky one. I thought I liked it until I tried it on and it felt awkward.

I admire Rolex for producing it but feel it's time has pretty much run it's course..

I know a friend who knows a friend of the CEO of Rolex he told my friend who knows my other friend that all Rolex watches are to be discontinued in near future.

That’s ironic, my other friend said he knew you, too. He said almost the same thing but when I asked, he told me he heard it from a friend who knew you…
So I said to him, if Peter knew it, then it must be true, so I sold all my watches, moved to Tahiti, and happy that time don’t mean a thing.

Thank that made me smile and laugh having a bad day after a lot of pain and not much sleep over the past few nights.

The Deepsea Challenge coup to launch the titanium RLX was successful, I think that the disappearance of this 50mm model could make sense in order to make room for different versions in 41mm in titanium, a Titanium LV submariner for example (the warm color of the titanium with a green bezel (see a green dial and a black bezel).

While I wouldn't be unhappy if the DSC is discontinued, I think it's probably unlikely. Because, Rolex most likely released it as a "response" to Omega's Ultra-deep, which beat the DSSD in terms of depth rating. Rolex needs to keep the DSC in the catalog to demonstrate that they are still #1 in the dive watch department.

Also, they invested a lot just for testing the DSC ...

Just my guess, of course!
