Omega Seamaster Cosmic 2000 Question

I'm eyeing this Omega vintage watch which I think is my sweet spot of 38m. I believe it to be about 45 lug to lug but I wanted to ask if anyone can confirm.

I currently have a Tudor Black Bay 39mm steel model and it feels bulky because it's 47.5 lug to lug and kinda thick. So I wanted something slightly slimmer.

Does anyone know the dimensions for this one and if its 38mm for sure and also lug to lug and thickness?

I believe model is 166.129 but maybe someone can confirm. Seller says its from 70's.

Thank you!
