Yes, of course! Next to the 6263, it's my favorite vintage Rolex, especially the DRSD.

History. Wrist presence. Weight. Big plots. Superdome.

Such a great reference.

I regret selling mine. Dumb arse move on my part.

Will have to add one back down the road.

Big fan of the 1665, one of my clear favourites of the collection. Always feels a special watch to put on as it's just that bit different.

Over the years I have rather foolishly turned down a few opportunities to add a 1665 to my collection.....unfortunately they now go for more money than I am willing to pay. Great watches and some lovely examples in this thread. Thanks for sharing.

Can’t find anything with the same wrist presence. Love my drsd. Thought about selling several times but then I look at her.

Thank you guys. Was serviced by Rolex at James in 2016 and has been sadly in the safe more than on the wrist since then.

Rescue it from the safe and give it the time it deserves! Beautiful DRSD.

Mine ain't going anywhere!

I have my MK4 DRSD and my MK 2 Patent Pending Tropical DRSD This case with a lovely Patent Pending bracelet it’s my all time favourite watch . Having purchased it on here from the family of the original owner three years ago.

I wish I could get the pictures to load up but it is suggested the file size is to large .
