116613LB Serial# 6570Q1X7. Blue Serti dial with diamonds. Sapphires at 3,6,9,12 compass points. Diamonds and sapphires have gold surrounds. If found on either eBay or Craigslist please advise by PM where and when so I can notify the authorities. Thank you. Michael
