Legit Tudor 2784 Movements?

Good Morning,

I've found two different Tudor 2784 Movement I'd like to buy but a few things are making me wary:

Number 1
- The movement is 17 Jewels, not 25
- On the dial side of the movement, it is lacking the "Tudor Geneve 2784" marking under "Patented"
- Looks a bit dirty but the seller claims the balance moves freely and it works.

Number 2
- I'm not familiar with the markings on the oscillating weight - the curving "Tudor" does not appear in precedent images (at least in my cursory searching)
- Again, the dial side of the movement is lacking the "Tudor Geneve 2784" marking below "Patented". Additionally, this cock looks to be different than other precedent images I'm come across.
- The date disc font does not appear correct. The "6"s do not have the Tudor shape IMO

#1 is legit, likely from 1976-1978 - "17 Jewels" was common on USA models where they were tariff / taxed less with 17 jewels versus 25 jewels ; )

#2 looks like a normal (non Tudor) 2784 from a different brand with an afrtermarket Tudor Rotor

Thank you!

If it is the 17 jewel USA version, is that likely why it isn't stamped Tudor Geneve 2784? And if I might solicit an opinion on the movement quality - compared with the 25j is the 17j a decent movement?
#2
That was my suspicion. I didn't want to influence opinions by saying so initially.
