Grey Dealers in lower Manhattan

Going to NJ next month for The Northern Trust but my girlfriend and I are spending a day in Manhattan. We plan to spend the whole time between SoHo and the financial district. I plan on visiting WoS while I’m there but was also looking for a grey dealer or two to visit. I don’t plan on buying but just would like the chance to try on some different pieces that I have never seen in person without feeling out of place.

Financial district sucks for grey dealers. Take the 10-minute subway ride to midtown. Diamond District. 47th Street between Fifth and Sixth. We've got everything!

Ah I was trying to avoid going to midtown simply because it’s out of the way but the girlfriend does want to look at rings so it may be a good opportunity!

Further up between 5th and 6th on 47th
They have more Rolex (desirable models) watches than the average Rolex ADs anywhere.

I guess I’ll consider that then. I know the RM and AP boutique is nearby as well. I’ve wanted to try an RM on for a while

Make an appointment if you want to visit AP, RM, Jacob & Co, Avi & Co, WEMPE, Breguet, etc.

You can walk into AP and Wempe with no appointment, but AP will have nothing in store to try on.

Not a grey dealer per se, but you can try Material Good in SoHo. Cool shop.

but then again if i never put in an effort i cant be surprised that i dont get anywhere with it
