Sadly, I am a victim of his crimes.

I purchased what is known as a super-clone and only realised it was fake when the pearl on the bezel fell off.

But to make aware to other people about this scammer who sold me a story that he bought two as an investment and now is offloading one of them to buy shares in the eco-renewable energy company he worked at.

Apparently he lives in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire in the East Midlands. But I paid him half cash and half bank transfer, the transfer went to his partners account and when I checked the sort-code online the original branch it relates to is in Merseyside.

His phone number is in the title of this page so If anyone ever googles it then can find this page.

I have tried contacting him to get in contact but his phone is off and WhatsApp seems to be deactivated. That alone tells me he knew what he was doing.

He goes by the name of James. His partners name (I bank transferred to) is Chloe Houlden. I dont know whether these names are made up etc.

One thing is that his WhatsApp picture I screenshot the day before we met and, the guy on the right is 100% him. So if you do know him or see him id appreciate if you could PM me or contact the police as they have already been informed.

Sorry to hear the story this sucks big time. His partners name doesn’t have to be real to Receive the payment. Only the a/c number and sort code have to be real. Report to the cops and see what they can find out assuming you have the record of the communication re. The transaction. Hope you get them and have your money back
