hmm... to be honest I was unaware MD would be affected by it. I've been so busy I don't know what is going on with Irene. Weather.com does not even mention anything accept a little rain on Saturday. Unless I hear otherwise....

Its funny for me to have cancelled this GTG I would have said something along the lines of its going to take Hurricane to cancel it.

Just wanted to let you know that the GTG is still on despite the weather. However the GTG will take place 1 hour earlier than originally expected. Seems this storm is going to progressively get worse throughout the day so we will start it at 1:30pm at J brown jewelers, then to Radcliffe and food and drinks at Bonefish at 3pm. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. Look forward to seeing you guys there.

1:30pm at J Brown Jewelers
Radcliffe afterwards
3:00pm Bonefish Restaurant

Ok guys the storm was quiet during the GTG hours but only 3 people showed up...thats including me,

I really appreciate all the text messages and phone calls from those who could not make it. Clearly this needs to be rescheduled so expect another GTG thread in a month or so. Still had a wonderful time, cheers.

Our GTGs here in perth are usually the 5 amigos (Dalip, Des, Mitch, Sherwin and myself) and sometimes some extras. Fun can be had regardless, quantity does not necessary mean quality.

I am pretty sure Dalip will agree.
