Verdict on UN Freak X?

Big fan of the blue dial titanium version and would honestly consider this over the typical aquanaut, overseas or royal oak in this price range just as a much more unique piece.

Anyone have one? What’s the service cost like since it’s a freak? Is this considered a real freak or just a watered down freak with the balance on the minute hand?

I was looking into these but did not get one in the end because the X is the more simplified one and it didnt feel like a proper Freak.
Kind of like a Ferrari with a 4 cylinder engine. Looks nice on the outside but lacking something on the inside.
IMO the one to go for is the original Freak or the Freak out.

I like the original and the Freak X, don’t own either, but would certainly consider either.

Watered down? It’s a simpler watch in many ways, but it’s just a personal preference

I like the Freak X but I don't know if I love it. I think I prefer the Freak Out more than the X.

I have the Freak X and I love it. Very unique watch and gets a lot of looks. I think its the most wearable Freak, the other ones are too big and clunky by todays standards. Also also no matter what people say its still a Freak, the watch identity is from the complication not the missing crown

I have the Freak X aventurine. I really wanted a freak X when I first saw it online. However, I thought they felt cheap and plasticy, but the aventurine + rose gold just looks right. Had to send it back for service after less than 6month ownership. I still love the watch very much and gets lots of compliments.

If I may ask, what was the issue that required warranty service?

Sorry to hear that but glad it was resolved. That’s one of the most beautiful UNs!
