Syncing Minute and Second Hand - Anybody?

I am obsessed with ensuring that I synchronize the second and minute hands on my watched so that the minute hand is pointing directly at the correct minute when the seconds hand is at 12:00. I think there is something wrong with me

Anybody else or am I the only one? On my Rolex it is relatively easy but my other watches with the gear backlash being more than it is on the Rolex, it takes some patience and some practice.
