There was a picture posted one or two days ago of the new Explorer I at Schiphol in the display (for €4.958), but it could already be sold out of course. Just ask them when you're there. You always have to be lucky because their stock changes every minute :)

Chalet - In which terminal did you see this?
On Tuesday I am going to Schiphol to pick up my first Rolex, Submariner Black Dial Gold/Steel. I have my departure from Lounge 1 area, and they have the Gassan Watches & Jewelry there.

They have a number of shops. As far as I know it's all the same terminal / you can access them all. This shot was from the main Rolex Boutique in the middle section. Good luck!

Chalet is correct - all are in the main shopping concourse, accessible to all. Gassan have a shop with less prestigious brands before security, and then their higher-end store after security, with the separate Rolex & Omega Boutiques a few minutes walk further away, along the shopping concourse.

I was at Schipol yesterday. It's all one terminal.I wanted to see the new airking. The Rolex boutique said they had sold there only peice an hour before. Gassan had one in stock that I tried on. They also had an explorer.

I do not think you can visit them all, as they are in different terminals. Flying to US you can visit Gassan (no rolex) and Rolex boutique. There is another Gassan on the other side including Rolex. I was on the US side last week and they had nothing new. Was on the other two weeks ago and bought an airking. Had the new explorer as well. I would take whatever they say with a grain of salt. I bought the last one a week ago and when comming back the day after there was a new one on display...

I visited all 3 (Rolex Boutique, Gassan with rolex, Gassan with Rolex). Flew in from Uk to Schipol and flew from Schipol to Detroit. It was all the same terminal

Are the rolex prices all the same across the board at the Schipol terminal?

Are any shops more willing to negotiate than others?

It's not all one terminal. If you fly within Schengen countries there is a Gassan shop with Rolex, IWC, JLC, Omega, etc. You have to go through a second layer of security to get to the part where the actual Rolex Boutique is (and vise versa). They advise you not to do this as you could miss your flight due to the extra wait.

In Frankfurt airport Rolex has a very small boutique prices are ok I wouldn't get too excited about it, I prefer the Rolex boutique in Schipol.

You should call ahead to make sure they have one there and you can reserve it. They move a lot of inventory.

I made a reservation through e-mail before going to Schiphol. I had to pay 20 % in advance, so they could hold the watch for me. I got it last night. Great service at the Gassan shop.
