I bought a watch for my wife from them a few years ago around the holidays.
Time was running short and a particular TAG Heuer quartz women's model was not to be found locally or from an AD from which I have purchased over the phone at great prices, so I took a chance. I know if I would have started looking a week or so earlier I could have had the same watch from an AD at the same price (maybe better, even during the holidays). I did not have a complaint about their service/shipping, etc., and I knew going in what the story was going to be on any warranty/repair. I am not sure I would buy a higher end auto watch from them (or any non-AD), but for a less expensive, quartz watch in a pinch, I would go back. |

A friend of mine purchased an new Omega Seamaster from authenticwatches.com last June/July and has been very happy. He wears it everyday and keeps his TT Sub in his safe.

Don't buy from authenticwatches.com EVER!
NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do not get sucked in by their prices because after you have bought the watch they do not want to know you. I bought a $5,000 watch from them which went wrong 1 year later. They said the fault was not covered by their warranty and that I had to pay $300 to fix the problem. This was lies because after checking it out independently it was a completely different problem which should have been covered by their warranty. They would not listen and just didn't care. |

Anybody hear of LuxuryWatches.com?
I saw a Omega Seamaster 212.30.41.61.01.001 for 1,572 which is insanely low. http://www.luxurytimemart.com/omega-...61.01.001.html |

BUYER BEWARE of authenticwatches.com
buy at your own risk. They sold me a broken breitling for over $5K with mechanical issues. Gave me the run around for months and now I'm stuck with about $800 worth of repairs. I had to send the watch to Breitling myself to veryify the problem, they are completely incompetent with their "in house service". My experience was terrible and costly. Just not worth the risk and their customer service is terrible IF anything goes wrong. They will be your best friend as a new customer! CAREFUL with these charlatans.

They are grey market like Jomashop.
No mfr warranty. Its a gamble if you DO need warranty support... THEY do the work... yikes. Id buy from a trusted private dealer instead. |

These people were a total disappointment! They did not price match 2 vendors I provided and Susan stated they price match based on “value”. BS after BS. I paid for my watch online through Amazon pay on their website then they refuse to send the watch because they require bank wires for amounts greater than $10,000. They do not want to pay American Express fees. Therefore there misrepresenting the price of the product. Customer service is of no concern to them. I will not do business with these people ever again.

There's a thread in the WatchOut!! section entitled "BEWARE of Authenticwatches.com" (link below). The title says it all.

My buddy bought a Moonwatch from there and was totally satisfied, even took it by the Omega boutique for authentication and everything checked out.
