Loving this topic..

Here is my favorite among my collection, the GW5000,
This watch feels perfect, really. It's a bit more pricey than the average Gshock as it's 100% Japan made, but the quality is far superior. The rubber is different,a lot more softer and smoother feeling to it. Even the display looks more crisp and legible from different angles.

Vacation is still going strong with my G. I did everything in it except go to dinner and to the shows. My Pam did that duty. I use it for timing my self in 85'C saunas and hot tubs and timing my walks on the beaches. There is Nothing I wouldn't do in this watch plus it can even wake you up in the morning.
I love my G and highly recommend the watch.

Man, nearly $6 Franklins to get into a modern screw back G Shock, afriggen-mazing !!!
(From Bodyingdotcom)

Come to think of it, $7Gs for a modern SS ROLEX is 'afriggen-mazing' too !

I've been seeing a lot of kids wearing these at school. Red ones, white ones. No black. Those are kids who don't care about the time, the movement, the chronograph just the look.

Well they are pretty fun watches with a lot of function. As far as movement goes I dont really care about the movement on a quartz watch either but I do care a lot about the look.

im am quite attached to my g shock.

its just the classic model and was just given to me.

i use it for the gym and sports.

i have also used it to scuba dive.

its worth it. better yet get somebody to buy it for you. it will be much sweeter.

Rather than send my old gym watch in for a service, I'm thinking of getting this one. Maybe red?

What about this one? I like the classic 80's style g.

Too much? I'm 6'2" and in fair shape, I don't think anyone's going to call it a ladies watch. (to my face anyway.)

Not too much at all. Get your favorite color. Get em both if you can't decide that's the beauty if it. You can't make a mistake. I like the classic look too btw.
