I hope some members land them so we get plenty of pics. We haven’t seen many aquanaut chronos or even 5168s so I worry new sport watches are trickling in extremely slow.

They are tricking in extremely slow, I was speaking to a Patek official few months ago and he said only 10 would come to the UK during the first round of deliveries and not all ADs would get an allocation.

Yep, a collector posted his on IG and people actually didn't believe it. One even left a comment saying it probably wasn't a working model.

Well then he probably shouldn't have wrote "she's here", kind of misleading.

Very nice to know that the 5740 is finally out.
I look forward to the postings from those who would be receiving it soon.

I was at the Geneva Salon this past Saturday and tried this watch on! The associate that was helping me said the wait list was about a year right now.

My wrist size is 205mm and I tried on all the nautilus variants to see if it looked kind of small on my wrist. I am on the fence.

The blue is magnificent and very similar to the new Vacheron Overseas Chronograph blue dial!

That's it, a year?

Looking forward to seeing more incomings! Tried it on in Geneva as well, and it's a stunner, albeit a bit rich for my taste.

Hard to believe....They have a standard 5 year answer for every reference...including calatrava...

It is difficult to believe that the Geneva Salon has only 1 year wait. The Patek Salon in London closed the list for the 5740G after a few of weeks due to the demand.

I saw one on chrono 24 and the asking price was around £ 170000. The premium is higher than for the 5131P.

Went to a Patek event last night and saw the 5740. Very impressive in person. My AD is going to receive 1 piece this year with 20 on the wait list.

I was able to try on the 5740 yesterday. The blue dial is awesome, also the weight and new clasp design.
