Hey Nick,

Nice collection you have.

Here's a couple thoughts on collecting.

First most fall into one of two catagories when it comes to "collecting", that being vertical or horizontal.

An example of a vertical collection could be a focused collection od a particular reference and it's evolution over time. The Rolex Submariner and GMT, as well as the Daytona series and Explorer Series are popular references among Rolex professional watches upon which people have build some amazing collections.

A modest effort I did with the Subs and GMTs.





An example of a horizontal collection could be the focus on a particular function across the spectrum of various brands.

For example, GMTs











Which ever way you go always get what YOU like.

From the one's you listed I'd go for the LV.
