I took the time and emailed this guy about his 5513. Turns out he's not in Virginia Beach, Va as the auction states. He claims he's in Madrid on an Air Base; where they don't accept PayPal!? But I should call him and ask for sargent so and so.....the phone number he gives me is for a land line in Garden City, Ny.

Does that smell fishy to anybody else?
