What year is my 5500?
It has a 630 serial. RSC told me from the early 80s, but seems a bit low for that. Is early 1980 a correct estimate?

If you mean a seven-digit case number beginning 630xxxx then my records would agree, early 1980s.

Datejust
Per the charts, this watch (S. No.5650384. Model- 16013) is from 1978. Is that conclusive? Or any chance it could have been from 1976?

I actually was planning to create another thread. Inadvertently posted as a reply. Since already posted, letting it be so as not to waste bandwidth.

Charts are never "conclusive", they are estimates for research and usually within a year or two.
