Datejust Rhodium Floral

I am interested in purchasing this watch - Datejust 31mm Rhodium Floral w/ Oyster band. The design is not traditional which is why I like it; it's kind of whimsical. Want to get your feelings. Does anyone own it? Tried it on? Pros, cons?

This would not be my only watch. I own a couple of Cartiers which are a more classic look with roman numerals. Oh, and I'm a female (the flowers give it a feminine quality).

Would love to hear your thoughts.

My wife owns this watch with the pink floral dial and in 36 mm. She loves it and the faint pink color is very nice and matches a lot of other accessories. We looked at the gray that you have shown and it did not work as well. She also has owned 26 and 31 mm watches and was ready for something a little bolder in size. Go see the pink, I think you will like it.

I bought that same model (on jubilee bracelet) for my wife. She loved it at first but ended up flipping it for a TT with black/stick dial. Her complaint was the dial was difficult to read and without minute markers it was hard to set the time. She's a one watch type so all things have to be OK. In your case I think this style would be a nice switch to wear on occasion. IMO this a beautiful dial for a woman's watch.

My wife has this model and she absolutely loves it. It is her daily wearer.

Question, does anyone know if the bezels are interchangeable on these 31mm dj's. I'd really like to upgrade hers to the galaxy diamond bezel. If anyone has any info on this mod please share. It would essentially be converting a 178240 to a 178344. Can it be done?

Wow, thanks for your opinions everyone! I notice the watch is a bit heavier than my others...probably bc it's automatic. No one mentioned, so I guess that is not an issue? Or easy to get use to?

Also, any issues with the watch keeping good time? Over a quartz?

Last, would you buy a gray market or stick with AD?

Thanks again for being enablers ; )

I like it...but it looks like legibility might be an issue.

But, my eyes are old. And tired.

True True True ..

My wife had this one for awhile and sold it for this very issue - and her eyes aren't old at all

Search on TRF trusted sellers and their inventory. The configuration you selected is spot on, like/prefer the oyster bracelet over the WG version somebody mentioned above to keep the look sporty as you have Cartiers which are more dressy. My wife has blue Roman dial in the same size and she loves to wear it.
