The Rolex 5508 Submariner

Hi I have a Rolex 5508 Submariner.
I have tried Partridge Jewellers in New Zealand who are Rolex specialists to try and track the part I require to complete my watch, unfortunately they are unable to help me.

I am hoping that someone on here may be able to assist.

Your information is insufficient. You better provide a photo of the watch (we love photos here) and describe the part if you want a full reaction to your thread.

Kia Ora bro .....

Hi Jarrod,

Paul from Wellington here. How's it going ?

Partridges will be no help at all unless you are shopping for a new watch or over-priced diamonds for the missus. No knowledge and certainly no interest in the vintage watch scene.

I see you popped up on here a couple of years back so you may be up to speed with how trading is done on the forums, but I've sent you through a PM with some notes anyway.

If you know exactly what you need for your project, certainly add some details to this thread though - it may be picked up by someone who can help.

Paul

Hi Paul
Yeh I was here a couple of years ago I had the watch stored with an antique jewellers in Taupo...who also made all sorts of promises.

Partridge Jewellers advised me they could find me a bezel..just spoke to them 2 days ago and hey to have failed to deliver on what they promised.

They did tell me they sold a damaged 5508 recently for 35k..
Except mine is in pristine condition

For some stupid reason Rolex forums won't allow me to upload a photo from my phone.

However email me Paul ...jarrodmp@gmail.com and I'll send a photo and you can. advise all he nay sayers that it is indeed original.
