Well boutique only doesn't really mean boutique only for AP. I've got an AD who can probably get it for you with a small discount but nothing like 30%. PM if interested.

This is very true. ADs with a good relationship with AP will get limited access to boutique only pieces.

Boutique Blue 15400? 0%. Trust me I have tried, wire transfer, cash in hand, you name it, I've tried it. The boutique doesn't give discounts PERIOD. But on the other hand if you buy it full MSRP at the boutique you do get a full 5 year warranty from AP. Opposed to buying it from an AD you only get 3 years. So the difference could be worth it saving from service costs. You also get one free service with a boutique purchase.

I've bought from NYC Boutique with 10% twice.

Comes down to your ability to negotiate, personality to make things happen and contacts.
