Hello All
Hi I am brand new to the Forum and new to Rolex watches.
I have always liked a nice watch on my wrist but finances always dictated what I was able to wear. Wanting a Rolex all my adult life I took the plunge recently after being diagnosed with serious illness last year... I'm well on my way to a full recovery after a bone marrow transplant, and so I thought what the hell I'm only here once and time is something I cherish now. I researched for a few months before going to view a beautiful Oyster Perpetual Date from 1982, in the Jewellry quarter of Manchester UK. As soon as I handled the watch and tried it on my wrist, I knew it was just right. I hope to learn a little whilst I'm here and hopefully pick up some good advice. Thanks Steve. |
