I will simply wait for the market to come back to me, and then decide if its still the one, as it could be a couple years.
If nothing more, I can now take a deep breath, relax for a bit, and let the cards reveal themselves. As for the watch, hoping for a Steel and black Yacht-master with Oysterflex rubber strap as pictured.
Even if it's 12k?

Good question, was waiting for that to be asked because that's probably close to what it might be. I would definitely have to see and try it on in person, but yes, if that's the price.
Just have to put the preowned smurf thoughts on hold

I agree it would be too close to a Submariner on an oysterflex so not sure that would happen.

I dont think so at all.thats a solid black besel, just as it is now on the RG yacht master. That alone makes it so not like a submariner.

That would be cool

I tend to think they will milk the RG a bit longer but who knows.

It's sorta close to this. I saw a pic in the custom Rolex thread where someone put a red second hand and date wheel on a sub and I think that looks awesome. I'm not sure I would go down that road, but I just might because it really looked awesome

I too believe it is too good to be true. It isn't worthy of my Hulk but it certainly replace my ND Submariner.
